Make cargo cover legible

Cargo insurance is sold through PDFs, brokers' inboxes and clause references most shippers have never read. We're a small team turning it into something you can compare in a minute, bind in ten, and claim on without a phone tree. If that resonates, we'd like to hear from you.

Open roles

We don't have public listings open right now. We do keep a short bench of engineers, designers and insurance-domain people we revisit when new headcount opens up.

The backgrounds we come back to most often: backend and data engineering; product design for dense, document-heavy interfaces; and people who have actually worked a cargo book — underwriting, broking, or claims and survey handling.

How we work

  • · Remote-friendly, async-first, weekly anchor sync on Mondays.
  • · Ship to production weekly, gated on tests and a quick code review.
  • · No tickets queue dictating priorities — everyone owns outcomes for their surface.
  • · We work in a regulated space, so "move fast" stops where licensing and policy wording begin. That constraint is part of the craft, not a blocker to route around.
  • · Compensation transparent within the team; benchmarked to the senior end of the local market.
